Shalom Nitzanim Mishpachot (Families)!
What a joy it is to be back with this amazing group of chanichim (campers)! I’m Becca, and I feel so lucky to return as Rosh Nitzanim for Kayitz 2025. In just a few days, these incredible kids have already shown so much ruach (spirit), osher (joy), and curiosity—it’s clear this summer is going to be something special.
We kicked things off with lots of gibush (bonding), playing games to break the ice and getting settled into our tzrifim (bunks). We’ve already had spirited tefillot, learned our edah song, and jumped into our first day of chuggim (electives), sports, schiya (swimming), and peulot tzrif (bunk activities). Whether it’s their enthusiasm during davening or their creativity in art, these Nitzanimers are already shining.
Thank you for sharing your kiddos with us. We can’t wait to keep watching them grow, explore, and sprout all summer long.
Sprouting with ahava (love),
Becca Martin, Rosh Nitzanim
